At St Peter’s Catholic Primary School education is seen as a partnership between students, teachers, families and carers.
Home learning plays a valuable part in the learning process where home and school need to work together for effective education focussing on learning as an enjoyable, discovery orientated, lifelong process.
Home learning provides opportunities for students to share learning with their families and carers and supports students in becoming independent, responsible, self-disciplined learners who can manage their time. Engagement in home learning provides opportunities for students to practise skills and continue unfinished learning tasks.
